Rob has over 20 years experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods. He has published widely and has worked for both the public and the private sectors.
Rob has recently been carrying out market research for the University of Plymouth. Rob has worked on projects as varied as the impact of 1992 European Legislation for the EU and Barriers to Higher Education.

After a successful career in Hospitality Management Mandy graduated with a BSc Hons in Sociology. Mandy has worked extensively in the area of Youth and the Every Child Matters Agenda. Currently Mandy is studying for an MA in Youth & Community Work. She has carried out research in Consumerism, Life Styles and Young People.
Mandy has extensive experience in group supervision, mediation and mentoring.
